Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand life happens, things come up, plans change, and emergencies occur. Out of respect for our team’s time and other clients, we ask that all cancellations or reschedules follow the policy below:

Notice Period

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

Late Cancellations

Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be subject to a $40 late cancellation fee (or 50% of the total service price — whichever is higher).

Missed Appointments / No Shows

If our cleaners arrive and are unable to access your home or business (no answer, locked out, etc.), it will be considered a missed appointment, and the full service fee will apply.

Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no cost.

  • Frequent reschedules (3+ times) may require prepayment for future bookings.

Refunds

Deposits and prepaid services are non-refundable, but can be credited toward a future booking if proper notice is given.

Emergencies

We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience a true emergency, please reach out as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
